Heat a tablespoon of your favorite oil in a non-stick skillet for 3 - 5 minutes—medium heat. You don't want your skillet too hot. Crack an egg in the skillet. Cover and cook. No peaking for 2 to 3 minutes. You are looking for cooked whites and a runny center. Once cooked, place your perfectly cooked egg on a plate or a piece of toasted bread—season to taste. Enjoy!
